Thank you for shopping with Chained Me Forever. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products and services, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All permanent (welded) jewelry services are final sale.
Because each piece is custom-fit and welded specifically to the client, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on permanent jewelry services.
If your chain breaks within 7 days of service due to a welding issue, we may offer one complimentary re-weld at our discretion. After 7 days, re-weld services may require a fee.
We are not responsible for lost, stretched, or damaged jewelry after service.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
