If your chain breaks:
- Within 7 days due to a welding issue — one complimentary re-weld may be offered.
- After 7 days — re-weld services are available for a fee of $15.
Replacement chains (if lost or stretched) require a new purchase.

It is designed for long-term wear but can be removed if needed. If you need to remove it for medical procedures, contact owner (909.275.8000) to remove. Re-welding is available for a fee.

No. All permanent jewelry services are final sale due to their custom and personalized nature.
✨ What is your return policy for retail jewelry?
- Earrings are final sale due to hygiene standards.
- Other unworn retail jewelry may qualify for exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase.

What are the requirements for hosting a private party?
Chained Me Forever provides all necessary equipment, including tables and seating when needed.
To ensure a safe and successful event, the host must provide:
- A safe and controlled environment
- Access to a standard power outlet
- Sufficient space for setup and guest flow
- Indoor or covered space (outdoor events must be weather-protected)
- Reasonable guest conduct (no excessive intoxication)
Chained Me Forever reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if the environment becomes unsafe or unsuitable for equipment operation.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Is there a minimum for private parties?
Yes.
Private events require:
- A minimum of 6 participating guests
- A $500 minimum event total
If the $500 minimum is not met, the host is responsible for the remaining balance.
